Does anyone have or are you working on a vacation policy template for NJ employers to use?

The announcement of NJ’s 14-day quarantine policy for individuals traveling from states with significant community spread is an issue I need to deal with asap for employees who have vacations booked in SC and NC. It would be great to know what other NJ members are doing.
